I looked up someone in teamworks because I was wondering where they’re located but they don’t show up when I search their name and they don’t show up under their manager’s hierarchy in teamwork’s either. Does that mean something or just a glitch?

Don’t trust teamworks. Look up team members in workday. I’ve noticed teamwork’s is missing folks - no rhyme or reason.
Only K Meyer would do such a thing.
They changed their name to preserve their reputation.

They work in India
It could be a preferred name vs. legal name thing (I.e. what’s on their Social Security card). Some systems will display the legal last name. I’ve seen this happen with married vs maiden names.
The contractor on my team shows up in teamworks with a "(c)" after their name.
It means they got lucky.
When all else fails, look in Outlook to see if they are zz’d (no longer at WF)
They might be on a leave of absence.
Contractor or a Statement of Work Vendor
Contract position.
They might be a "temp".
