Only arrogance would let all of the footwear knowledge walk out the door when 3/4 of your business is footwear.
Only arrogance would promote anyone that checks a box of some sort vs treating everyone equal and actually setting people up for success based on job performance.
Only arrogance would jam DE& I down my throat each and every day when you had me at hello.
Only arrogance would let the useless merchandising army exist that has contributed nothing. Anyone can harvest the footwear industries icons for growth ... for a few years anyway.
Only arrogance would hire an army of apparel people to work at a footwear company and ruin the industries best footwear brand. Footwear is different than apparel and what NIKE has always stood for. I get it, the global apparel marketplace is 10X footwear.
Only arrogance would ruin our industries greatest brand. Thank god our competition is weak. Although New Balance sure is kicking our a$$ ...
