Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

California rep

Anyone from California who is an SR looking for a new job? Just curious is all. I know mission one may be working for some and others not so much. Just want to hear from other teams your thoughts on it. The expectations for us keep growing and growing and I can’t even hit all of my stores on a weekly basis because I’m throwing loads or getting ear fulls from managers upset about the merchandisers not writing good orders or filling displays. I can go on and on. Let’s vent! lol

To the Georgia rep, I literally work 7.5 hours a day and put 30 minutes of admin for notes and finish up orders. I don’t go above and beyond anymore. I show up and do the bare minimum

I’m in Georgia and exactly what you wrote is happening here. I’ve got some stores I haven’t in been in. I’ve decided I’m putting in my 8.5-9 hrs for the day and going home. These 10-12 hour days are over for me

Definitely is a failure. Just wanted everyone’s thoughts. How much longer will SRS be around do you think?
