It’s gets worse everyday

This place is nothing like it used to be. It used to show it valued its customer and actually gave some type of recognition to its employees. Everything has been taken away from us and they don’t care who processes the work anymore . Then when somethings jacked up they want to blame everyone else for it .

I'm getting out of this place. Upper mgmt has no idea what they are doing and they don't care, so why should we. Good luck to those of us looking to leave.

BK has been exactly this way since the hostile acquisition, er “merger of equals”, LOL, completed way back in 2008. It’s called ba--s to the wall multitasking and most are incapable of this. Those that can master it do well.

Welcome to the world of multitasking. It’s totally normal. Focus on the queue and not the d-mb phone. Treat yourself to the phone every three hours.

In my area, they kept cutting and cutting staff while expecting more with less.

And whenever any error found its way into anyone’s work, management failed to consider a) the magnitude of the issue; or b) to what extent the insufficient staffing levels played a role.

(And when you have people performing essentially 2-3 jobs each, of course it plays a role.)

Apportioning of blood was a blood sport and those who made mistakes usually were added to the next layoff list.
