My entire team was displaced....and replaced by Chase team members who had worked for the manager.
Yes, Wells is still hiring people from the outside in Tech. Probably not a ton, but it is happening. and yes, it some cases it's Managers. There are some areas where we need to b/c some of the skills are simply not in the company -- and part of that is b/c we're so ridiculous with being able to actually learn about and USE some technologies.
Their skin color?
Managers are still being hired. There are always exceptions. Especially if you know somebody. Which is how WF works.
WF hiring and promoting activities are ver questionable, and further when anyone complains to the higher ups, not much happens, as they too are part of the gang.
Some don’t know how to read. Which is why the person who wrote the following should not be allowed to work. Not at WF, not anywhere. And which is why he got fired, and rightly so.

Uhhhh, no idea wtf u r going on about as wf is firing tech workers, and I was one of them. Once they lay you off, they can't re-hire for the position for at least 6 months. That is unless they backfill in India, which for my job can't happen.
