I just got my quota letter - it’s literally a 37% over last quarter. How am I supposed to do that with my boomer AE who does 0% of the work?
I have 0 career outlook at this place (yes I have an IDP), I love the people but the tools (DSA is still buggy in EMEA!!!) and processes drive me crazy!
Also no promotions whatsoever- severely underpaid by market value + the recent firing rounds don’t make me really motivated tbh.
Just wanted to vent.
