New PR process with rankings of above target, on target and below target is a massive joke.
Bosses are shoving stuff in, saying required face to face reviews happened and they didn't.
It is all down to who you know and who you (rhymes with bl-w) ****.
What a shame.

Hybrid is part of Ford Blue which employs people without the skills to work in model E.
Very interesting that Ford Blue is not the savior.
Before this we were only the cash cow.
Amazing our CEO and COB have managed to pi-s off pretty much every group of the company and the people that buy our cars.

1qia+1od31ivx : I was told by my LL6 that HR has new requirements. A lot of paperwork. When I asked for more details, my LL6 changed the topic. I understood that this topic is of limit, and no more questions.
Nasser was scary because he was a ruthless as-----n. Farley is scary because he's an unqualified and devious dummy. You can predict what the as-----n is going to do, but you have no idea if the dummy is going to zig or zag.
Meh, there's a lot of fat to cut. Tons of people barely getting by.
There was nothing wrong with the forced 10-80-10 system. The morale ki-ler was that the bottom 10 were supposed to be fired. And it didn't work well force ranking a cross functional team.
Glad the Nasser days are in the past.

Jac Nasser used this Jack Welsh 10-80-10 ranking system and it resulted in a near mutiny. Those were dark days.
They tried this in the past, forcing a certain number of employees in the lower ranked percentile that were actually pretty good employees. Why people can't be judged on their individual merit and contributions I'll never know.
So, this was already tried and abandoned once. But hey, let's resurrect this while morale is at an all time low!
