Every day more people claim to be happy and grateful they have been laid off. And the folks who still have a job completing those little certifications and making posts to try and appear relevant.

yes of course. They gained their tenure and stay in Dell, because they have experience back stabbing and getting rid of employees by politics. The money they have earned by deceiving and back stabbing will only bring misfortune to them.
That money will only ruin them, the way they actively ruined their teammate's job by lying and playing politics.
Anyone who genuinely was knowledgeable will never back stab.
Dell's "senior" EMC employees are so vain and insecure, that instead of changing themselves with time, they prefer back stabbing team mates .

That JC post was annoying as he||. Apart from it being completely self-serving and braggadocious, it had no purpose and considering the timing of recent WFRs was very callous. I would like to see a shake up and departures from ELT with the first being JC.

LOL, you are completely forgetting the expert political ones from EMC who made it to the "business" side in the new teams. They have no clue but, they got the fat paycheck and the position. For the past 3 years they have been milking the company while bringing in their friends to join their team. Wait for 2025 when those teams will have hunger games.

It is a shark fest even in the Fancy teams like Apex and Telco. The EMC guys are manufacturing evidence to sacrifice their team members, just incase layoff scenario arises.
Dont underestimate the survival capabilities of cockroaches. They have seen the dinos , survived the ice ages and will live to see our solar system's star: Sun become a black hole.
