Fuels Territory Manager

What is the CL and avg salary for a territory manager for fuels. There is some discussion of this being an option to move into for my next step at xom and was just curious what’s included in terms of pay and benefits? Car allowance? Appreciate any info.

Your CL and Salary are not based on that job role itself but your tenure at XOM. I know people ranging from CL 22 all the way to CL 28 in that job role. No car allowance but you will be able to expense your mileage. You will also get to be home based in the field. We currently have many positions in Fuels, Lubes, Adhesions, Synthetics, Polymers, etc that are Territory Manager positions.

Reach out to existing TM’s to get some info, but CL and salary will vary for numerous reasons, but mainly because you have a wide range of tenure with the company in those roles. In terms of car allowance, the company reimburses for the miles driven and usually match the federal reimbursement rate.

Why don't you just ask your supervisor? They have access to all this info through career connect. Or better yet, you can ask current territory managers. They may not share their exact salary but they could give you a range.

Salary solely based on lube sales. Not about fuels, really.
You never actually leave the bunker, so car is moot.
nice, old-timey kind of job.
you deserve this!
