Thread regarding Ford layoffs

If you get laid off (aka fired) due to restructuring, do you still get profit sharing?

What I mean is PF accumulated to date upon being released? Have only been with the company 2 years and wow with the churn. I am just curious.

Yes, but they will rate you low so that they can give you as little as possible.

Yes, either invest it or go buy something other than a Ford. Something that is more reliable, economical and has good residual value.

yes, you should get personal performance X company performance = 100% x 0 = 0

Yes is the correct answer; I did when I was SIRP’d in 2022. It is prorated, however, to the day you were laid off. You aren’t going to get full year profit sharing if you were laid off in July…
