India does work for half the price of internal managers but VP wants to keep org as appearing large.

They get lots if money to be the programmers… T management is just project management — lots of overlay / expense.

If Accenture doesn’t get the money through automating, they get it from doing back office work… Accenture India 🇮🇳 wins the majority of T expense money.
India is the source of a lot of scam calls trying to steal from Americans. Att shouldn’t use them to interface with our customers. They hate it.
