Hiring in new people to be Directors, when they are doing the job of old managers. The salary and benefits alone in those hires could be saved. Instead of firing people who are doing a poor job, we simply move them around or in some cases promote them. Allowing unneeded people to travel when not needed. These are all things that will amount to good people losing their job.
It's unfortunate that this company has gotten so bad. When I was there our leadership was strong and trusted. It Hurts my heart to see so many people worried about their jobs. I heard the new CEO was great and thought some of the lifers would survive the cuts but now I'm not so sure. Such a shame. I pray the rumors I hear aren't true for the people that are still there.
Fiserv, bangalore, fraud, okta, bain, tens of millions of dollars for an account center app, this list goes on...
