I was laid off in June. Working for Ford suppliers my entire career, one of my goals in life was to work for Ford. I grew up in Dearborn. I sang songs about Henry Ford and how great he was in elementary school. I lasted 5 years and 7 months at FoMoCo. During that time I spent at Ford, I was tossed around from department to department. Offered no instructional training, where questions are answered. Given added responsibilities without a merit increase from the time I was hired in.
Can we send Junior back to ruining the football team? Less employees lives are impacted by a failing football team than a failing Big 3 automotive company.

Why pick on the service writer? He sees our product problems everyday. Typical Ford salary to blame service writer for recalls, campaigns, poor design, assembly, and software issues. You know when you point your finger, three more fingers point at you. Look in a mirror if you want to see where the fix is. Another ostrich with his head in the sand.
A part of the unhappy customer base can be attributed to customer service reps, so dont try to deflect some of the blame.
Does Ford even have a customer service? They treated customers like sh-t. There products comes with problems, poor quality, and safety recalls. Why in he-l do you want to buy a product that brings no value?
