Please give the bargained for employees the opportunity to leave willingly by offering the most senior people the opportunity to volunteer! At this time, bargained for employees aren't even a consideration for headcount reductions. Perhaps, next year there will be some reduction, but for now, jobs are fully intact!
My group ATS managers under Kevin McDorman were notified yesterday 8/30, we are possibly being surplused. We were told individual notifications will go out at the end of September and we can't volunteer.
Got the news back in March. It is a tough hit and I'm hoping you all land in better situations very soon.
So many people lied and said they’d move and have no intention. They know they won’t get severance but it was still better for them financially as they’ll have more months of pay than if they told the truth.
Many have until Q2 and many to end of 2024.
Another round coming in October…
What departments and cities got cut friday
I think our VP wants to leave but has no other offers. He obviously doesn’t like his female 6th level and wishes he could report directly to CS
Who would give him a pass to continue to play favorites and act busier than his org really is. There was a recent downsize and SVP thinks we’re right sized but how could they know how many do barely anything…sad that the company can’t get a grip on who delivers value and who doesn’t. Stop letting VPs be the messenger. Meet with the lower levels.

Most ignorant statement of the day winner
Prayers to all those affected. Even though they will be better off in the long run, losing a job is a very scary and can feel pretty overwhelming at first. ♥️😢
Great job Big John. AT&T stock is ready to go high.

Another round coming mid-September. Such a sad situation. John Stankey is the absolute worst!
