Do people being made to RTO get to choose the Hub they go to?

It's really 2 hubs - Dallas and Atlanta. Soon to be 1 - Dallas only.
I'm in one of the 9 hubs and being asked to move to dallas. The other 7 do not matter and soon to be 8 will not matter.

I doubt he ever said any such thing. I'm not disputing that Chicago won't be made a hub, but it has nothing to do with taxes. Hello, New Jersey, California hubs. If taxes (what kind of taxes are we even talking about here?) were a factor both of these states would be toast.
Over taxed, crime ridden cities, states are losing business and people due to bad policies. Think about that next year when you check the boxes.

Well, seems like there are more hubs now, Charlotte for example, they are adjusting based on all kinds of things but not much adjusting.
