Just love how the negative lifers here downvote every positive suggestion for their career. They will downvote every positive suggestion and reduce to actually job hunt. It’s a very sad life for those too timid to job hunt.

Don't forget their second trick which involves a bunch of PC moves to hire unqualified workers for the sake of diversity. It just about washes out their "savings" from offshoring everything.
It’s up to you to decide if you want to continue in an Operations clerical role or advance. It’s your career and if I were your I’d be job hopping, contracting, taking risks. Of course if you don’t have a serious degree then you need to address that as a top priority.
Never will understand why people accept their role and and believe themselves to be stuck.

What leadership?? I’ve been here quite a while and I have never seen the company being so badly run. Just offshoring everything so the shareholders get what they can’t get - value. Maybe if the company took care and listen to their state side employees they would generate some growth !
