Ford is keeping Farley until they're ready to give the reins to Cannis. He's got FordPro and FCSD, the two huge profit generators for the company, he's had experience in overseas markets and strategy, and his IT guy just got moved over into the ET world to be ready to pick up when Amend vacates the chair
