Some people pretend to be happy at Ford and the rest admit they are unhappy. The work environment is very toxic. All these are signs of a failing company.

The corrupt company takes is cues from the corrupt Regime and the WEF.
Between the current greedy corporate clowns steering the company and the out of touch UAW contract coming up, the company will be bankrupt in 4 years. No pensions are safe.
Of course we all pretend. Would anyone really work here for free?
Our quality su-ks. When these new EV's come out just wait for the numbers to go even lower. Our work environment su-ks, aka the google office garbage. Our mentality su-ks with the constant layoff lack of focus. We need a fundamental change of direction or we will be in bankruptcy. Also time to make this a real stock based company or take us private again...Make up your mind!
