let those who want to stay home do so... anybody with half a brain will tell you that you will eventually become out of sight and out of mind.
At a minimum your career will stagnate. At a maximum, you will be on the next cpm list.
Good luck, you don't have any power in this situation other than to quit and go somewhere else.
@ 1yil： how did you know people are doing those things during working hours, not weekends and non-working hours?
It is extreme for people to refuse to return to office, not even for one day a week?
