I would challenge someone to Show one piece of evidence that means something. Speculation on closing dates and relocation packages, anyone on the board of directors on here?
After all the layoffs XOM has had, after all the site closures and asset sales we've seen, after all that's happened I just can't believe Darren keeps this place open. It doesn't make any sense. He's trying to return as much money as possible to the shareholders and he keeps wasting money in Annandale. I just don't get it.

@7rab I agree. I have visited the Annandale site. Being able to collect so many incompetent Ph.D.'s and fraudsters at one location is impressive. From Chemists, Physicists, Engineers to Materials Scientists - it is an assembly some of the most incompetent, bottom of the barrel workforce.
With much needed site closure, ExxonMobil needs to fire all the wasteful management and so called fake research staff that has step foot on Annandale site.
Not only the ones who are currently at the Clinton, NJ site, but the corporation needs to find each and every person who has spent more than 6 months in Annandale site and managed to hide in Houston need to be fired with a zeal.

@ KH - About 500 people care at the site, many of them hourly wage folks. Plus all thier families. So consider your situation if your site was threatening to close before trolling here.

Annandale site has hired, groomed and produced the worst among the worst over the last two decades. There is no better deed than firing all the staff and management including anyone who has spent more than a year at this site as some of these toxic elements wriggled their way into Houston for safety. Pretense has been the name of the game for the Annandale, New Jersey employees.
