Who is we? What is it? Define done. When will it be done - is there an ETA?

Define your version of ability. Which risks? All the risks? When you identify risks, how will you address them? Which control issues? Improved how much, and compared to what?

Prioritize over what? How? Which information? What are those safeguards? Define strong. Who has access to which sensitive information? Do third parties have access and how do you monitor that?

All 19 pages of small print? Are you saying all your employees have read all of it? How do you monitor that employees are abiding to every item? What happens if they don’t? Does making your employees sign an Annual Attestation relieve Charlie of all responsibility and put the onus on employees? Do Charlie and the Senior Executives sign an attestation?

Huh, what?? Is “our employees” all the employees, or just the people Charlie and new executives hired? Most valuable - how does Charlie Scharf define valuable and most valuable? Do you value the employees you’ve laid off and are plotting to lay off?? What exact steps have you taken to make Wells Fargo an attractive place to work? Define your version of an attractive place to work. Attractive, compared to what?
