Did MW say that CTC will split between Core Technology vs IT ?

As long as MS Office is running ok, we are good for IT.
Most of IT can be outsourced. The digital platform idea is such a scam made up by BCG. If we stopped all new projects funded by the platforms, the business units would still run. The only things that need support by IT are the likes of digital core / SAP as it is our ERP system upgrade. Everything else can be outsourced and therefore don't need all the high cost agile contractors either. With that said, there is a lot of waste in the petrotech functions as well. Half of the CTC subsurface, APPS, FDS can also be cut out since most are pretty useless as well.
In these days of green transition, what exactly is "Core Technology"?

already it is "IT MSPs" doing majority of work, what else MW has to cut?
MW said IT is essentially trash and not "core" business. So can cut down and outsource to his heart's content.
