I think that once you reach those upper management level you truly lose touch with the average employee.

The BS CIP we got this year is evidence of this. And now he’s prepping us for 2024. I hope they at least have a KY budget to make the transaction less painful.

The greed from management is unreal. He seems to hate his employees. He's a darling for Wallstreet but the devil to employees. Morale is awful here.

The word from management is that they will fabricate poor results for staff as a justification for full return to office. MW wants an excuse to eliminate WFH. You heard it hear first.

Yep, netting $2billion/month is not enough apparently. This whole environment doesn't make sense. Those of us that have been in the industry for a while understand that you have to tighten the belt during downturns but they are hammering us while we are literally printing money. The whole workforce is just flabbergasted by the new sense of greed that seems to be gripping our leadership.

100%. Mike will always find something to not give a generous CIP. Wildly demotivating.

Lol, the only reason our financial results are below plan because Brent has average $70/bbl in 2023. But I thought they said that commodity prices shouldn’t impact the CIP? At least that was the line for the 2022 CIP!
