Curious how many tuned in to hear our corporate psychologist speak on Thursday? It was "candid conversations" with non-anonymous questions to be submitted. The main questions were around the insanity of how RTO is being handled and feeling disposable. Let me summarize Dr. Jeff's advice as he has been with AT&T for one entire year: Get enough sleep, remember to breath, go see a therapist, avoid un-aliving yourself as it's really only your family that matters. There you have it! words to live by. Dr. Jeff is chatGPT 3.0 in khakis.

Dr Jeff was an Angela Santone initiative. With Lori Lee at the helm my guess is that Dr Jeff’s days are numbered. Lori Lee doesn’t care about your well being. Ultimately, Angela didn’t either, but she liked to at least pretend that she did.
For a measley $250K per year, he's the best bargain at&t has received in the last 100 years!
My reaction was "why do we need to have a position like this?" Says a lot about how they much they value our actual medical plan and what employees are going through.
