Tough call. VZW and BlueJeans already had big layoffs.
Look at AT&T and T-Mobile. Both had layoffs in the thousands recently. The handwriting is on the wall in red ink. Yes, there are big layoffs coming by 4Q.
My friend Vinny Shoemaker told me that about one half the first level management in the wireline side will be gone by the end of the year.

After the EISP for NJ and POT they will offer a buyout to management, and when they don’t get enough, they will RIF.

I sure hope there isn’t a layoff. I make an outstanding salary but have zero skills. I don’t really want to flip burgers for a living.
There will be the usual “Home for the Holidays” package.
They happen every quarter.
