Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Robertson Town Hall

Robertson and her directs come across more as double talking political figures than they do people you want to have confidence in navigating the telco and data transmission landscape. Really this is the crew that is going to lead AT&T against everything that is out there? "The culture needs to change" Well there has been Stankey at or near the top forever and he is the mastermind behind 3 major disasters that have been discussed on this message board time and time again. They haven't learned a thing as TMobile and Verizon went out in 10 quarters and picked up nearly 7 million Fixed Wireless Customers ATT described Fixed Wireless as an inferior product. Now ATT does an about face and rolls out its product. Always skating to where the puck was. Folks the company has zero loyalty to you regardless of your dedication, performance, and results. It is simply a math exercise at this point and they want a body count in the tens of thousands. You want a culture change and improvement in stock price? Fire Stankey now. There an incestuous relationship between AT&T leadership and the board that is abusing Shareholders, Customers, and Employees. Who knows at this point who pulls the strings. I open that up to dialogue and let the conspiracy theories fly. Lately what has been deemed a conspiracy theory often proves to have merit after the dust settles.

I learned long ago that 90% of managers and executives are 100% out for themselves. Easy to think and act when you know the truth.

Say wut? Randell and John Stankey have not made decisions that have made money in their last decisions.

Executives are not interested in the long term financial health of AT&T. Just a quarter or 2 maybe 3. That could be the root cause of our problems. When you could have built an empire all you tried to do was build yourself a bonus.
