- Intel has much higher cost structure then TSMC
- Intel has weak and inexperienced management in IFS
- Intel has no ecosystem compared to TSMC
- Intel's culture is not customer flexible and Intel has no system for high mix, low volume
- Intel cost of capital is rising fast, credit was downgraded. Not enough cash being generated internally to succeed.
