COVID and flu are in full swing in many States including Texas and of course Florida.. be respectful of others and please don’t come in if you are sick. If they expect you to work from home during a natural disaster, then they sure as he-l can let you work from home (vs burning sick time) to prevent getting others in the office sick.

COVID cases are up in EVERY state, including California and New York. I don’t know why you have to call out republican states.
But yes, let’s all be respectful. I didn’t want to get the flu before COVID and I certainly don’t want it now. If you’re sick, stay away from me!
I hate management so much I love coming sick. Since I probably got sick from someone in the office to begin with why stay home.

Your sick time isn’t your “fun time”.. it’s sick time. Vacation, weekends, personal days… that’s your “fun time”. And you’re wrong… someone WILL AND DOES pay you when you can’t come in because you’re sick.. THATS called your SICk time! God bless.. people would argue about the color of the sky if you asked some of these stubborn brats.
At the very least don’t come in to the office and let your manager know if you’re capable of working from home when the office closes during a natural disaster, then you’re capable of working from home when sick of you choose to - and not getting harassed about time in the office. Don’t allow the double standards.
I’d rather come to work sick than take a sick day or a personal/vacation day.
My free time is my fun time. Not using my free time to be sick.
If I’m sick, I’m coming to work because I need a paycheck and no one is going to pay my bills but me. You don’t like it? Stay away from me and quit stopping by my cubicle to talk about sh!t I don’t care about.
Yeah stay at home 2 days, come in the other 3 🤷. Sick or not that is the requirement to stay off the "list" even if we don't like it. Is what it is.
People were selfish before the pandemic coming to work sick but now with being forced to use sick pay, there will be more ppl in office sick 😫 🤒 🤧 idk what ur conspiracy theory beliefs are or aren't , a virus isn't going to check ur political party before it infects you.
I love my co-workers too much to spend any time at home.
