If you elected to defer and were off payroll September 8th, it should be around February 9, 2024. Otherwise, if you did not defer, then you should see it within 45 days.
Two pay periods, usually less than 45.
45 days after you sign the agreement and the earliest you can sign is your last day on payroll. So 45 days at the earliest.
You need to make sure you have a non-att email and password setup before you leave, otherwise you won’t be able to login to the portal to sign the agreement.
Mine came about 32-33 days after my last day on payroll.

My last day was July 6. My severance was paid August 8.
My last day on payroll is 09/26, according to my letter confirming my term pay it's stating payout 10/27
