Need to remind you again, gen z's are 9 - 24 years old. I doubt there are any 24 yr old below around AT&T hence the removing of all the senior folks. Gen z's are not the ones crying... figured it would be... boomers.
Nope. I try to do 3 and 4 day weekends every week. As long as you RTO and collaborate the work will always be there. We are not being asked to be efficient just do what the company says. Learn the rules and play the game.
