There's one positive thing that's come out of this shitshow that we call BofA - I'm finally feeling motivated to look for a new job. I also know that's true for many more employees who were putting off job search in the hope of better times changing their minds. I guess we're all done waiting.

Banking is not the only skillset employees have
I have 3 friends that were all BOA employees and they all went to different banks. As of today all 3 are laid off. Banks are all cutting back.
But are the other banks hiring?
