Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Is CIB going to grow ?

I keep seeing constant marketing materials/talk on how CIB is planning to grow and improve their technology, platform and products

However after being in this group for more than 4 years all I see I multiple groups/team doing the same thing, senior managers/business heads not taking any initiative to change things and more importantly constantly blaming the asset cap and lack of funding for any growth.

There has been talk on how the business might be a target to be acquired in the future but I could be wrong. I am concerned given the tough economy ahead of struggles to grow a business and compete with the larger players.

Any input would be appreciated.
