Update: UAW to counter Ford contract proposal today & GM expects to submit proposal to the UAW on Thursday 9/7, according to sources w/ knowledge of the situation. No news of a Stellantis proposal yet.

Rumor is that JF will throw the UAW counterproposal in the trash
UAW president already threw the Ford proposal in the trash. My guess is the response will be the same list of demands he already gave.
