Would be great if there was a manager ranging site. Simply publish the name and give a thumbs up or thumbs down. Similar to how we do associate ranking, but in reverse.

I thought this site is about layoff news. It has become a place to complain about everything and anything.
The employee survey is a farce. Our team manager got an approval rating in the low 50% and yet he gets constant recognition from senior managers for the outstanding job he does. He's a self centered control freak who has no idea how to treat or motivate people. This just shows that they don't care who they promote into leadership positions and how bad they are when they try to manage.

We need to create a page on reddit or something to do that. We need a place to vent out our feelings anonymously. I thought this site could be used for that but this site has no views and this is only about RTO for about 4 years now so the majority who returned to office are not interested in reading this
