With no movement on the lifting of the asset cap, incentive compensation plans for branches are already expected to be rolled out again this fall when we don’t even have the proper controls in place. Does no one else see this as a problem??

I totally agree. The middle managers are the puppets of top management, and responsible of creating the corrupt culture. They are all part of the old boys club, protecting each other. Most of the middle managers are too busy networking, don't add much value to the company anyway.

Really? I thought whining 24/7 and hate Charlie would fix everything. I can’t have enough of hating and stalking Charlie. I need to know where he is. He does not care about me.Make me so mad!!!
There should be much more scrutiny applied to middle management. They are nonessential, not able to manage resources not lead employees no successfully move this company forward. These non essential dead woods need to get the boot!

What makes you think the next person will clean up or even want to or can clean up?
They're going to milk the company all they can then leave a mess for the next person to clean up.
@avm the only thing out of control here is how hard you slide up and down Charlie's pole.
Charlie derangement syndrome out of control on here
Leadership never tried.
CS, you are fired!
CS will soon be gone
Not surprised at all. I am expecting the next headline to be sale of a major businessline like auto or another drastic regulatory enforcement.
The sky is falling. Don’t go to work tomorrow your job is gone
