Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Labor is the engine

Don’t fall for the blame game of elite. Labor is the engine of the largest economy in the world. Big Corp and wealth exist because of the hard by every average American. The leaders of these large corporations are feeling the pressure for once by each and everyone of us holding them accountable. What is happening at WF is just a failure of leadership to recognize the “employees” that great value for this company. RTO is cover for a short term strategy, and it is blowing up in their face. Engagement, productivity, talent development, are all sinking. This brings a smile to my face knowing that those at the top will soon be in the same situation as the average American. Once that happens thins will change! Stay strong!!

You have to look at the leaders' narcissistic point of view. In their minds, they are the drivers, the decision makers, the authority, the powerful ones. The rest are just the servants who work for them.
