Next Round HR Layoffs….

Anyone know which week in October HR will be hit with a second round of layoffs? Which groups will have the biggest impacts?

It's no longer an Old Boys Club, but a Hudson Yards Mafia. Plenty of women just as cliquish and elitist as the Old Boys.

The old boys club? Sounds like a criminal organization.

Those who are not part of the old boys club get laid off first.

I was part of the 7/22/23 lay off. I think I’m lucky. No longer dealing with a company that no longer cares about the employees and those that worked their butts off for WF. Charlie is going to keep hiring his friends, cutting people at lower levels to give them a good salary. WF will be inundated with fines. This company will fall apart. Yeah, I’m glad I got out when I did. I know I got my severance. Who knows if they will be able to continue the package they are currently giving.

Yeah, there are good people working EVERYWHERE who are getting laid off. That's not a factor in the layoff decisions.

Sorry. Retire or find a new gig.

Oh, and if you need to keep working, expect a 50% salary drop, especially if you don’t have a degree.

I’m sorry, but there are some really good people in Risk who are good at what they do and deserve their positions and it su-ks that they may lose their jobs.
Then there are the former customer service representatives who were elevated to their current Risk positions all for Charlie to appear he was doing something about the asset cap when it all was just smoke and mirrors.
Sh!t people, open your eyes

I'm so interested in these comments about risk employees in non-hub locations. Thinking about employees under B. Red**** in Hillsboro, wondering if they'd be affected. Like OET, PDV, Issue Management... there are like 2-3 employees working in those roles at Hillsboro right now. And all of ECR just got the axe in Hillsboro, of course.

@zss+1ovbvAYg is correct. Risk employees in non-hub locations are absolutely getting the axe.

Any layoffs after 10/3 will get their 401k match for the year. That’s why 10/3 will be big so they don’t have to pay it out

My HR leak mentioned Risk employees in non hub locations will feel the pain.

Tuesday, October 3rd will be huge. The 60 day notice ends just prior to 12/15 so everyone will lose their 401k match. Happy Holidays from CS & Company…
