@OP When Mulally was here, you never heard a peep about any of these issues. Now, a majority of the employees are extremely unhappy. Coincidence? Just a sign of the times? Jupiter and Mars not aligned right now? Biorhythms out of whack?
I think the answer is as plain as can be.
Anger grows as jobs are lost.
Instead of censorship that keeps the pressure bottled up, let people vent, or risk an explosion.
What's really sad is seeing how beat down we are that most are missing even the most obvious of sarcasm now.
I think Jim Jones had better leadership skills. He actually got his followers to drink the koolaid. These clowns can’t even do that.
