Troll posts are easy to spot, just skip it.
As for other topics, like someone else said it is exactly like a town hall - you can’t read it like it’s news, you need to pay attention to the clues and read between the lines. Also, people’s engagement on certain topics will tell you if something is bull or not.
Yes, this is a troll site, with ClA/FBl agents disguised as either beggars, madmen, pundits, or provocateurs, who then get in bed with your employer. Your employer subsequently uses the relayed information to adjust its actions accordingly. If you're into control theory, this is the feedback block of a very nasty loop.

Town Halls are the channel for leadership to convey the company's official views and statements, which should be taken as fact. This forum is not official and is mostly made up of unfounded opinions.
