RAT spent more than budgeted. He approved travel, expensive offsites and unofficial contracts. I'm hearing HR is hungry for a layoff to keep their jobs. Nike is so f'd up. Because you f up, we pay the price. When will we layoff the layoff hungry? When will they look at the work that employees actually do versus their f'd up easy job. How many families are you affecting? Kids and ailing parents. Maybe you're dealing with the same, but have soul. YOU AFFECT OUR LIVES. Burn in he-l, all of you. I can't afford this for my family.

Tech is downsizing/offshoring across the Fortune 500. Nike wouldn’t be an exception. Just this week Google layed off hundreds of recruiters. Most of those terminated were for tech-related recruitments.
Tech is a lot like construction. During bo-m times things are very good. During down cycles things get very bad.
