Lisa M was a lightweight talent at Toyota and left the company...then she returned after a few years....now is moving to Ford....and like Farley, is touting "racing experience" as proof of her street cred. Ummm, good luck with that.....not sure why BF is in love with Toyota castoffs.
@ewe Yes, the dealer council does carry a lot of weight, but only so far as senior leadership allows. If Elena comes in and tell them to disband the dealer council or just ignore them, they will be left outside like a poodle barking in the rain.
Ford has tried in the past to improve how dealers operate, but in the end, dealers are independent, and don't follow what Ford tells them. As the saying goes, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
When I look up the word leadership I see no one example of senior management BOD or executives. I see Family run business or Brown nosing and look what that has produced so far?
Company is in some serious trouble. You can bet they will ask for another government money because if their plan was so great then why does it not stand on its own?
Need government subsidies to make people buy them...
Talk about lack of talent Start with JF & BF. They need to sit through the classes the workers are forced to go. Also there should be a competency test as well. because I really feel Billy and Jimmy would fail that one.
Keep drawing down on that line of credit.. I bet Uncle Joe will bail them out because they sure do not know what they are doing.

She had years of executive experience, so I'd imagine they'll eat Elena for lunch
This might be fun to watch. Elena is such an abrasive person, she is going to go up against those rotten miserable dealers and p!ss them off to no end. I would love to see all of them spontaneously combust. Maybe the retail customers can catch a break after the explosion. Maybe the whole dealer network will be destroyed. Wouldnt that be great!
