Yes. YES. The positive is that we have more cannon fodder for the NSI and NI groups. We get to keep our jobs for another year.
Yes. After the deal is done, there is one Senior Executive involved that will be gettin' his RSUs for the deal.

Hmmm big shale acreage during a time of high prices, Pioneer rhymes with XTO? In 2020 we could have bought them for one quarter of dividend payments we borrowed money to pay
Pioneer stock holders do OK for their sell premium.
Obtaining reserves and production without the risks involved in exploration.
Seems a vote of no confidence in our exploration group.
