Give me a good reason why I should quit? I’m a high performer, exceeding expectations in my reviews and introducing new way to same the company money. Well compensated by this generous company. We had too much deadwood in this company that needed to go.
I don’t want the VBO, making too much money collecting checks, bonuses, profit sharing and other benefits. All the deadwood has been cleared from the last VBO and the company is doing great!
