If you find an issue with something/anything not in compliance, be very careful with how you bring it up. Even to your boss. There’s a more than great chance that they will not see it as helpful, and will work with HR for your removal. This has happened and will probably happen again. I know that no one will be surprised but it’s often talked about in a tone that is more “I bet this would happen here.” It should be considered an “I know it will happen here.” Be careful with which VP you trust.

It does happen and will continue to happen. Ive seen it with my own eyes.
Whatever. i am willing to venture that virtually no one is willing to intentionally risk a significant compliance issue.
