I did not take the VBO in 2017 or 2021, but decided to retire without VBO in October 2023. Because I met the "rule of 70" with at least 10 years of service, they offered me 1 month pay for every 5 years of service, shares payout, bonus payout, vacation payout. Healthcare ended the same month I retired. Cobra costs about 2300.
I don’t want the VBO, I don’t give a rats a-s. Keep on collecting my checks. Love it!
When?! Criteria for VBO?
Still the same...
Update on VBO?!
What is VBO?
Noted. Thanks . Letter in Hebraic or Urdu? Cold not transc.
Been hearing some more talk, wheels are in motion
@ubzd+1p0kVdOc Wrong, why do people wiithout knowledge post here.
It hasn't been 4 years, get back to work.
Anyone think they will adjust the VBO criteria? Allowing it to equal a sum lower than 70? I’m not sure if it’s the same with every VBO.
But hey - record volumes with the same or less headcount! Yeah!
@4hos+1p0kVdOc you don't need to wait for the VBO, they will probably can you
Deal accepted. Bye
can I identify as someone that has the criteria for the VBO even if I don't.....is that allowed?? It is for everything else in life now.

What is T+1?
Good luck hope it works out for you all
I think that is a deception to keep you off track
I am hearing 2025 due to the industry going to T+1 next year
with a minimum of 10 years service
In all seriousness, is the target to qualify the sum of your age plus years of service equaling 70? I’ve heard so many different things, even from people who qualified last time but didn’t take it.
heard the same thing
