Better localities and higher property and rent districts.
Looming corporate bankruptcy, the largest in US corporate history. All the burgeoning excess and waste, will be expunged, when company is placed in receivership.
NYC is more expensive to pay people. Higher cost per employee means they squeeze more out of each one.
There is no language in your contract for home garaging. There is language in NE and NJ contracts for home garaging.
Because NJ full of bullhead. NJ has always been way overstaffed and underworked. Get used to it, ain't never gonna change. In NJ you can't drive a city block without passing 3-4 Verizon buildings.

New Jersey is full of H1B visa holders and their H4 spouses. Who is going to discipline someone who is ok with making less and doing more?
Sounds like a question for union leadership.
Because nyc is a union town. If you shut down overtime you get no work done
