There is no language in your contract for home garaging. There is language in NE and NJ contracts for home garaging.

Because NJ full of bullhead. NJ has always been way overstaffed and underworked. Get used to it, ain't never gonna change. In NJ you can't drive a city block without passing 3-4 Verizon buildings.
