Have heard 4 day RTO big reorg and possible layoffs. Anyone know what is the truth?

Aomwthing else must be coming. The VPs have been behaving very strangely since that meeting.
Best option is to fire entire HR leadership, they are the worst. Bring someone who knows how to run HR.
It feels like something is brewing. Leadership on my team is more stressed and cagey than usual.
The RTO announcement is planned for next week. I wonder if other announcements will follow.
I know HR was in attendance for the “leaders” in my org. Sounds like it was an ugly event, expecting shakeup soon.

VP in GT has informed few of us in his org about this. Serious conversation occurring at that level. They expect some % attrition, not enough to have an impact in consumer experience
Very true. 4 day RTO in January. They may honor existing remote roles but no new remote roles.
Some departments are having offsides this week which sounds like is related to Jan return to work

Really tho. A massive reorg means they failed during CDA and I don’t think that they will admit failure. Layoffs, probably gonna happen every year until 2078 when I die.
