OP has a third option.....find another job. Why wait around if they are unhappy?

My friend, Ford is the personification of crony capitalism. Same with GM, and that other joke up in Auburn Hills. Once the UAW contract settles the big3 will be lauded for advancing worker compensation. They will continue to get ridiculous interest free loans from the government because of the pervasive “arsenal of democracy” lie. The government doesn’t care because they will spend until their heart’s content on whatever they want, US treasury just watches the money printing machine go burrrrrrr. Frankly, the companies who are not in the crony capitalism club are the ones I would be worried about. In the words of George Carlin “It’s a big club and you ain’t in it.” Just take the ride my friend. Give an honest days work for an honest days pay. Kiss your wife if you have one, and worry about what’s in your yard. You will go crazy because there is no understanding this. It’s all bullsh-t.
