Is it just me or has beaumont refinery been going in the wrong direction in the last 3 months? Seems like it’s also trickling into the chemical plant. Folks just wanting to show what they did for “integration” on their performance reviews but not realizing how they’re wrecking organizations. When something really bad happens will anyone understand that this was the cause? Hope sun1 will investigate. Guess it won’t matter to them because the folks making the bad dezicins will be gone to reck the next plant

Refinery take over where BTLs can harass their employees, create toxic working environments, get arrested for MULTIPLE DUIs, s-xual harassment cases, and all with minimal to no repercussions!

The second-line supervisors are completely c r a p. They do not reflect what's happening on the ground. They all are too busy to market themself to move to the next plant or Houston. Upper management doesn't give to sh-t, they just watch out for their Hi-Pros in their eyes and undermine other individuals who are really working hard day in / out.
Agreed, it su-ks lately being here…can’t wait to get my offer and just get out of this hellhole. Still waiting for someone to say thank you to me.
