I bluntly told them that my manager is mediocre and I need more pay than what he gets to continue. He doesn't even know how to speak English and not sure how he became a manager. Cisco su-ks as long as you encourage these mediocre talent.

Ah yes, someone who doesn't know how it works when a company is nominated for these lists. Marketing and HR kick off and interface with these survey reps, and sometimes they can skew it to where they only send the survey to a sample of people they know is going to mark everything positive. But also, sometimes it's random. It depends.
Take these "best places to work" lists with a grain of salt...

I like the paradox here. Your rant is quite mediocre itself grammatically speaking, its contents are as dull as diluted Starbucks coffee yet you're quick at denouncing your manager's inadequacy in areas you don't quite master yourself.
Don't trip over the English books on your way out.
